For the Construction Mobilization to push through, the Buyers should comply with the following:

1. Updated Payments:

HDMF/Bank

• 12 months Post Dated Checks for Monthly Amortization

• Guarantee Check for the Balance of the Total Contract Price less payments made and Post Dated Checks issued.

In-House

• Complete Set of Post Dated Checks for the entire term of the Buyer.2.

2. Complete and Updated Documents as required by HDMF and/or Other Financial Institutions.

Here’s the list of units to be mobilized and constructed over the next month. The estimated construction period will be between 4 to 6 months assuming there will be no Force Majeure.
*ELDC has the right to change buyers’ schedules if there is non-compliance from the respective buyers.
